3.2.1.28 Message Waiting Notification—E-mail DeviceDescriptionEnables subscribers (including the message manager) to be notified by e-mail when they have new messages(voice). The notification will contain the message sender’s information, the length of the message, the numberof messages (new/old), and a callback number (if programmed). Subscribers can choose to have the voicemessage data attached to the notification and can also choose to have the message deleted after it has beensent. Up to 3 devices can be configured for receiving notifications.NoteTo receive notifications about missed calls, extension users should specify e-mail addresses in their usersettings. One activation key is required for eachmailbox that will be used with this feature.• The System Administrator can enable or disable this feature for each mailbox, and can customise the timeframe during which notifications are sent.
