For emergency exit with the system engaged,push the front door lock switch to the unlockposition, roll down the window, and open thedoor with the outside door handle.DRIVER MEMORY SETTINGS — IF EQUIPPEDYour key fob can also be programmed to recallthe same positions when the unlock button ispushed. This feature allows the driver to storeup to two different memory profiles for easyrecall through a memory switch. Each memoryprofile contains desired position settings for thefollowing features: Driver’s seat Easy Entry/Exit seat (if equipped) Adjustable pedals (if equipped) Side mirrors A set of desired radio station presetsNOTE:Your vehicle is equipped with two key fobs, onekey fob can be linked to memory position 1 andthe other key fob can be linked to memory posi-tion 2.The driver memory seat switch is located on thedriver door, next to the door handle, andconsists of three buttons: The set (S) button, which is used to activatethe memory save function. The (1) and (2) buttons which are used torecall either of two pre-programmed memoryprofiles.Memory SwitchProgramming The Memory FeatureTo create a new memory profile, perform thefollowing:1. Place the vehicle’s ignition in the ON/RUNposition (do not start the engine).2. Adjust all memory profile settings to desiredpreferences (i.e., driver’s seat, outsidemirrors, adjustable pedals (if equipped),and radio station presets).3. Push and release the set (S) button on thememory switch.4. Within five seconds, push and releaseeither of the memory buttons (1) or (2). Theinstrument cluster display will show whichmemory position has been set.WARNING!Avoid trapping anyone in the vehicle in a colli-sion. Remember that the rear doors cannotbe opened from the inside door handle whenthe Child Protection Door Locks are engaged. 2
