Log in to the AXIS 5570e/AXIS 5670e by typing:telnet or telnet in a DOSwindow (Windows and OS/2) or in a UNIX shell.2. Enter the user id and the password. (The default entries are rootand pass.)3. View the status file by typing:statusPerforming resets Three types of reset commands allow you to perform soft resets, toperform hard resets, and to reset the print server’s parameters to itsdefault settings.Follow the instructions below to perform a soft reset using telnet:1.
