AXIS 5570e/AXIS 5670e User’s ManualSection 5: Setting Up - IBM Mainframe (zSeries) 65Note:Node Definitions The example below shows how the print server PU and LU definitionsmay be coded in a local major node definition:Note:In the PU definition, IDNUM should be set to the five last digits of the AXIS5570e/AXIS 5670e node address, NODE_ADDR. By default NODE_ADDR standsfor the five last digits of the AXIS 5570e/AXIS 5670e serial number. In the path definition, PATH DIALNO should be comprised with its first twodigits equal to the place holder, the next two set to the SAP and the remainingtwelve digits set to the AXIS 5570e/AXIS 5670e Ethernet or Node address. Bydefault the Ethernet/Node address is identical to the AXIS 5570e/AXIS 5670eserial number. A valid GRPNM must also be supplied. In the LU definition, the LOCADDR number maps to the Logical Printer numberof the AXIS 5570e/AXIS 5670e. The first eight Local Addresses pass the printoutthrough Logical Printer 1-8. However, some IBM systems do not allow LocalAddress 1 to be used for printing. Refer to Section 13 Using Logical Printers,on page 170 for more information about logical printers.* 5570e DSPU DEFINITIONDSPU5570e5570e PU CUADDR=E31, XMODETAB=MODE3290, XPUTYPE=2,ISTATUS=ACTIVE,MAXBFRU=1DSPULU02 LU LOCADDR=2 XSSCPFM=USSSCS, XUSSTAB=USSTAB, XPACING=1, XVPACING=2, XISTATUS=ACTIVE, XLOGAPPL=MWTC, XDLOGMOD=SCS5570eDSPULU03 LU LOCADDR=3, XSSCPFM=USSSCS, XUSSTAB=USSTAB, XPACING=1, XVPACING=2, XISTATUS=ACTIVE, XLOGAPPL=MWTC, XDLOGMOD=SCS5570e
