Chapter 6 Speed Dialling 6-9Speed DiallingGroup DiallingCreating GroupsIf you frequently send documents to a same group of fax numbers, you can create agroup of these numbers and register them under a speed dialling button or code. Thisenables you to press a single one-touch speed dialling button, or press Coded Dialand enter a two-digit code to send the same document to all the fax numbers in thegroup.n• You can only group numbers that have already been registered for one-touch or codedspeed dialling.• A group can contain up to 111 destinations.• You can also create groups from the MultiPASS Suite.
