Press Shift and Value keys to stepthrough the values in reverse order. Some items have a largerange of numbers from which to choose a value.[16] Shift key* Press this key to scroll through menu or settings items in re-verse order.[17] Item key* With a menu name displayed, press the Item key to scrollthrough all the items on the menu and return to the first item.To scroll back through the items in the opposite direction, pressthe Shift and Item keys.[18] Go key* Takes the printer off-line and brings it back on line. When theOn Line indicator is on, the printer is ready to receive data andprint. When the On Line Indicator is off, the printer is off-line,and you can use the other keys on the printer control panel toview and change settings.[19] Menu key* With the printer off-line, press the Menu key to scroll throughthe menu names and return to the first menu name. To scrollback through the menu names in the opposite directin, pressthe Shift and Menu keys.[20] Stop key Press it to stop copying operation.[21] Main Power indicator Check it to see if the machine is ON.[22] Start key Press it to start copying operation.[23] Clear key Press it to clear registration/setting contents.[24] ID/#key Press it when making settings in ID mode.[25] Interrrupt key Use it to select/cancel interrupt mode.
