Selecting the SiteThe site must satisfy the following conditions; if possible, pay a visit before the deliveryof the machine:1. The temperature must be between 75° and 32.5°C (59° and 86°F) and the humiditymust be between 5% and 85%. Avoid an area near a water faucet, water boiler, humidi-fier, or refrigerator.2. Avoid an area near a source of fire or subject to dust or ammonium gas. If the site isexposed to direct sunlight, provide a curtain.3. The level of ozone generated by the machine is not likely to affect the health of peoplearound it. Some individuals, however, may find its odor unpleasant, calling for a goodmeans of ventilation.4. Be sure that the machine’s feet will be in contact with the floor, and the machine willremain level.5.
