(See Transferring Fax Journal reportto another fax machine on page 138.)NoteIf there is an error message on themachine’s LCD, after the faxes have beentransferred, disconnect the machine fromthe power source for several minutes, andthen reconnect it.Transferring faxes to another faxmachine CIf you have not set up your Machine ID, youcannot enter fax transfer mode. (See Settingyour machinen ID in the Quick Setup Guide.)a Press Menu, 9, 0, 1.b Do one of the following: If the LCD shows No Data, thereare no faxes left in the machine’smemory. Press Stop/Exit. Enter the fax number to which faxeswill be forwarded.c Press Start.Transferring faxes to your PC CYou can transfer the faxes from yourmachine’s memory to your PC.a Make sure that you have installedMulti-Function Suite on your PC, andthen turn on PC-Fax Receiving on thePC.
