Select one ofthe presets to specify [Main Body Tray] and [Covers Tray]. The paper loaded in thetrays selected for [Main Body Tray] and [Covers Tray] should be the same size andorientation. Four presets, including the bypass tray, are available for each, dependingon your machine configuration. For more information on the bypass tray, refer to [Tray5 (Bypass)] Screen on page 53.[Booklet Creation - Divide Output] ScreenAllows you to subdivide a large booklet into many booklets.1. Select [Booklet Creation - DivideOutput] on the [BookletCreation] screen.2. Select the required option.3. Select [Save].OffDisables the feature.OnSubdivides the booklet into subsets. Enter the number of sheets in each subset usingthe scroll bars or numeric soft keys.CoversThis feature allows you to add a front and/or back cover to a copy job. If [PrintedCovers] on the [Booklet Creation - Covers] screen is selected, the first original will bethe front cover and the last original will be the back cover.NOTE: If the machine’s memory becomes full while scanning a document with thisfeature enabled, follow the instructions on the screen to cancel the job. Delete thestored documents, or reduce the amount of pages to free some memory and try again.NOTE: This feature is unavailable when [Uncollated] or [With Separators] is selectedin [Copy Output].
