FLYWHEEL MAGNET ASSEMBLY5-3EPOWRREMOVING THE FLYWHEEL MAGNETASSEMBLYRemove:• Flywheel magnet assemblyRemoving steps(1) Remove the flywheel magnet assem-bly nut.A For USA and CanadaB Except for USA and CanadaNOTE:The major load should be applied in thedirection of the arrows. If the load is notapplied as shown, the flywheel magnetassembly holder may easily slip off of theflywheel magnet assembly.(2) Remove the flywheel magnet assembly.A For USA and CanadaB Except for USA and CanadaNOTE:• The major load should be applied in thedirection of the arrows.• Apply the load until the flywheel mag-net assembly comes off the taperedportion of the crankshaft.CAUTION:To prevent damage to the engine or tools,screw in the universal puller set-boltsevenly and completely so that the pullerplate is parallel to the flywheel magnetassembly.ABA BFlywheel magnet assembly holderYB-06139/90890-06522Universal pullerYB-06117/90890-06521 |
