120 Manipulating Clips with Thumbnails : Text Memo1 Press the THUMBNAIL button.The thumbnail screen appears on the LCD monitor.2 Press the THUMBNAIL MENU button and selectTHUMBNAIL > TEXT MEMO CLIPS from thethumbnail menu.The clip thumbnails with text memos attached aredisplayed in the upper section of the LCD monitor.The lower section of the LCD monitor showsinformation about the text memo on the clip selectedby the pointer.3 Move the pointer over the clip that contains thedesired text memo to playback and press the SETbutton.The pointer moves to the lower part of the LCDmonitor.4 With the pointer located in the lower part, move thepointer to the desired text memo number using thecursor right and left buttons ("!). Then, press thePLAY button.5 Playback will start from the time code position of thetext memo where the pointer is located. If the STOPbutton is pressed during playback or the playback hasfinished at the end of the clip, then the thumbnailscreen appears again with the pointer replaced withthe text memo where the playback started.6 Press the THUMBNAIL MENU button to select EXITor press the EXIT button to return the pointer to theupper part of the thumbnail screen.1 Select the desired text memo by carrying out steps 1-3 for [Playing back a clip at the position where a textmemo is recorded] (page 120).2 Move the pointer to the desired text memo, and thenpress the SET button.3 Press the THUMBNAIL MENU button to selectOPERATION > DELETE from the thumbnail menu.YES and NO appear to confirm deletion.
