The WindowsPostScript print driver and the Macintosh print drivers provide the widest range of color controls andcorrections on the Image Options tab.• For Windows, Color Corrections and Color Adjustment are on the Image Options tab.• For Macintosh, in the Print window, in Xerox Features, Color Options is on the Paper/Output list.The following options are available:• Xerox Black and White: This feature converts all color in the document to black and white orshades of gray.• Xerox Automatic Color: This option applies the best color correction to text, graphics, and images.Xerox recommends this setting.• Vivid RGB: This setting produces brighter and more saturated colors using red, green, and blue color.• Commercial: This option applies color for printing on a commercial printing press.Image ShiftImage Shift allows you to modify the location of the image on the page. You can shift the printed imagealong the X and Y axes of each sheet of paper.Color AdjustmentsUse Color Adjustments to adjust particular characteristics of the printed color. Characteristics includelightness, contrast, saturation, and color cast.Note: Not all options listed are supported on all printers. Some options apply only to a specificprinter model, configuration, operating system, or driver type.LightnessThe Lightness feature allows you to adjust the overall lightness or darkness of the text and images inyour printed job.ContrastYou can use the Contrast feature to adjust the variation between light and dark areas of the print job.SaturationSaturation allows you to adjust the color strength and the amount of gray in the color.
