6.3 Periodic MaintenanceThe drive has various "maintenance monitors." This feature provides advance maintenancewarning and eliminates the need to shut down the entire system for unexpected problems. Thedrive allows the user to check the following maintenance periods.• Cooling Fan• Electrolytic Capacitors (Main Circuit)• Inrush Prevention Circuit• IGBTu Replacement PartsTable 6.3 contains the estimated performance life of components that require replacementduring the life of the drive. A percentage of the maintenance period is displayed on the LEDdigital operator by viewing the appropriate monitor parameter.When the maintenance period reaches 100%, there is increased risk that the drive maymalfunction.
