CABLE ROUTING2-701. Coolant reservoir hose2. Radiator inlet hose3. Thermostat housing4. Oil cooler inlet hose5. Coolant reservoir breather hose6. Coolant reservoir7. Coolant reservoir cap8. Radiator9. Radiator cap10. AC magneto lead11. Horn leadA. Fasten the coolant reservoir hose to theradiator inlet hose with the plastic locking tie.Position the coolant reservoir hose directlyunder the radiator inlet hose. Face the buckleof the plastic locking tie inward with the endpointing downward.B. Align the white paint mark on the radiator inlethose with the projection on the thermostathousing. Install the radiator inlet hose ontothe thermostat housing, making sure that thehose contacts the projection on the housing.C. Point the ends of the hose clamp outward.D. Install the coolant reservoir hose onto thecoolant reservoir cap, making sure that thehose contacts the cap.E. Face the catch of the holder forward.F. Position the clamp screw within the rangeshown in the illustration.G. 90°H. OutwardI. Route the coolant reservoir breather hose tothe outside of the oil cooler inlet hose.
