In this case,an error message is also displayed to help you identify the cause of theproblem.Table of Available UpdatesThe table in the Live Update - Select File Groups dialog box lists the typesof update available for download. You can also select the file group thatshould be downloaded and the total space required on your PC.The table consists of three columns as follows:■ Load — when this box is selected, all updates within the file group areselected for download. When this box is de-selected, all updateswithin the file group are excluded from the download. When this boxis selected and greyed out, some updates within this file group areselected, whereas some are not. Click More Details to select/de-selectindividual files for download within that group. For more informationsee “Select File Group - Group Name” on page 820.■ File Group — this column indicates the type of file group available fordownload. 3Com Network Director supports the following file groups:■ 3Com Network Director Update — this group contains the latestsoftware updates for 3Com Network Director, this can be a ServicePack or a main release.■ Latest 3Com Product News — this group contains the latest newsabout 3Com products and services.■ 3Com Router Manager Updates – this group contains the latestsoftware updates for 3Com Router Manager. This can be a ServicePack or a main release.■ 3Com Switch Manager Updates – this group contains the latestsoftware updates for 3Com Switch Manager. This can be a ServicePack or a main release.■ Size — the total size required to download the selected files inthat file group. Click More Details to view which files are selectedfor download.
