5-22 PC Faxing Chapter 5❏❏❏❏❏ GroupA group entry identifies two or more individual Address Book entriesto whom you repeatedly send the same PC fax. For example, you maywant to set up a group to include those individuals involved in aparticular business project. When you specify the group entry as thefax recipient on your PC fax, the PC fax is sent to each individual inthe group.Sorting the Address BookYou can sort the entries in the Address Book in the order most convenientfor you. To do so, click the applicable heading for the column containingthe information by which you want to sort the list. For example, to sort thelist by the last name, click the column heading Last.Adding and Editing an Individual AddressWhen setting up an individual Address Book entry, at a minimum, youmust specify the contact’s first or last name, and a fax number. Optionally,if you want information available to include on a fax cover page, you canenter the contact’s phone number, title, company name, and address. Youcan also enter a comment to provide an internal reference about therecipient, and an email address.To add or edit an individual entry:1. With the Address Book open, click the desired command to add or editan individual entry:l To add a new individual, click New Individual.l To edit an individual record, select the entry in the list, and thenclick Edit.
