For detailed information on specific printer options, referto later sections in this chapter.To change print options:1. With your document open, click the Print command. (In mostWindows applications, this command is on the File menu or toolbar.)2. In the Print dialog box, click Properties.3. In the Printer Properties dialog box, on the Main, Paper, and Featurestabs, specify the desired printer options.4. If you are dissatisfied with your changes on a particular tab and wantto revert to the default settings, click Defaults.5. To save the changes and close the Printer Properties dialog box, clickOK.To save the changes and leave the dialog box open, click Apply.To close the dialog box without saving any changes, click Cancel.Choosing a Print ModeWhen printing a document, you choose a print mode. A print modespecifies print quality and colour settings. Initially when you first installthe MultiPASS software, there are a number of factory-defined print modes.You can temporarily change the settings for a predefined print mode whenprinting a particular document.
