Note that when communicating to the relayfrom the front port, the default communications settings are a baud rate of9600, with slave address of 1, no parity, 8 bits, and 1 stop bit. These val-ues cannot be changed.2. Click the Read Order Code button to connect to the 469 device and upload theorder code. If an communications error occurs, ensure that the 469 serialcommunications values entered in the previous step correspond to the relaysetting values.3. Click OK when the relay order code has been received. The new device will beadded to the Site List window (or Online window) located in the top left cornerof the main EnerVista 469 Setup window.The 469 Site Device has now been configured for serial communications.
