These events appear in• Windows Event Viewer on the server• CallPilot Manager Event Browser and Alarm MonitorNote: The Alarm Monitor does not report information-level events.Event severity• CriticalThese events indicate that a service-affecting condition occurred andan immediate corrective action is required. Critical events are reportedwhen a component is completely out of service and you must takeimmediate action to restore it. For example, an event can indicate thatthe file system crashed.• MajorThese events indicate that a service-affecting condition developed andan urgent corrective action is required. The event condition can causesevere degradation in server performance, and you must restore fullcapacity. For example, the event can indicate that the file system is100 percent full.• MinorThese events indicate that a non-service-affecting fault condition exists,and that you must take corrective action to prevent a more serious fault.For example, an event can indicate that the file system is 90 percent full.• InformationThese events indicate that something noteworthy happened on thesystem, but do not mean that there is a problem.
