To avoid redirection failing because the chosen line isin use, choose a line pool with several lines in it.The system does not check that the number you give forline redirection is a valid one. If you redirect to an invalidnumber, redirection fails. Using an autodial button to enterthe redirection number helps avoid this possibility. Anautodial button used for line redirection must beprogrammed to use a specific line.
