LineRedirection redirects only the lines you specify, no matterwhich telephones they appear on, to a telephone outside theNorstar system. Line Redirection takes precedence over CallForward.Using Line RedirectionYou redirect lines at a telephone, but once redirected, the linesare redirected for the entire system.You can redirect only lines that appear at line buttons on yourtelephone.You can answer the telephone if it rings while you are in themiddle of programming Line Redirection, but none of theNorstar call handling features are available until the featuretimes out. If you need to use a Norstar feature to process thecall, quit Line Redirection programming by pressingƒ. Do not press ® or you disconnect the call youare trying to process.Press the lines that are no longer to beredirected. The lines light up as you pressthem. Once you cancel redirection for aline you cannot restore it by pressing theline again. Press ALL to cancel redirectionfor all your lines. When you are finished,press ˙ or OK.Continue to press the lines that are nolonger to be redirected.
