This featureallows a group of users to see and answer incoming calls on anytelephone in the group.You can program the telephone keys while you are setting up thetelephones, or the user can program this feature to keys with adisplay at any time. However, all telephones in an answer groupshould have the same keys assigned to the same SWCA featurecode.
