The Xerox Support Center will want to knowthe nature of the problem, the machine serial number, the fault code (if any) plus the name andlocation of your company.Locating the Serial NumberLocate the machine’s serial number by taking the following steps:1. Press Machine Status on the control panel.2. Press the up/down arrows to highlight Machine Information and press OK.3. Press the up/down arrows to highlight Serial Number and write down your machine’s serialnumber.4. Press Stop to return to Ready mode.The serial number is also located on the inside of the front door on the machine.Printing a Machine ReportYou can print the machine's information and job report.1. Press Machine Status on the control panel.2. Press the up/down arrows to highlight Information Pages and press OK.3. To print all reports and lists, select All Pages and press OK. Press the left/right arrows to highlightYes at the Print? prompt and press OK.You can use CentreWare Internet Services to print the machine's configuration report or browse thestatus. Open a web browser at the networked computer and type the machine's IP address. WhenCentreWare Internet Services opens, click Information > Print Information.
