FUEL INJECTION SYSTEM8-63Fault code No. 60 SymptomThrottle servo motor: open or short circuit detected.Defective throttle servo motor.Malfunction in ECU (servo motor driving system).Diagnostic code No. 0113Throttle position sensor (for throttle valves) signal 1Throttle position sensor (for throttle valves) signal 2OrderItem/components and probablecause Check or maintenance job Reinstatementmethod1 Installed state of throttle position sen-sor (for throttle valves).• Check for looseness or pinch-ing.• Check that the sensor isinstalled in the specified posi-tion.Turning themain switch to“ON”.2 Connections• Throttle servo motor coupler• Main wire harness ECU coupler• Check the couplers for any pinsthat may be pulled out.• Check the locking condition ofthe couplers.• If there is a malfunction, repair itand connect the couplersecurely.3 Open or short circuit in wire harness. • Repair or replace if there is anopen or short circuit.• Between throttle servo motorcoupler and ECU coupler.(Yellow/Red–Yellow/Red)(Light green/Red–Light green/Red)4 Defective throttle servo motor. • Execute the diagnostic mode.(Code Nos. 01, 13)• Replace the throttle bodyassembly if defective.5 Malfunction in ECU.
