UV2PTUV has two voltage measuring steps with separate time delays. Ifone, two or three phase voltages decrease below the set value, a correspondingSTART signal is generated. UV2PTUV can be set to START/TRIP based on 1 outof 3, 2 out of 3 or 3 out of 3 of the measured voltages, being below the set point. Ifthe voltage remains below the set value for a time period corresponding to thechosen time delay, the corresponding trip signal is issued. The time delaycharacteristic is settable for step 1 and can be either definite or inverse timedelayed. Step 2 is always definite time delayed.UV2PTUV can be set to measure phase-to-earth fundamental value, phase-to-phasefundamental value, phase-to-earth true RMS value or phase-to-phase true RMSvalue. The choice of the measuring is done by the parameter ConnType. Thevoltage related settings are made in percent of base voltage which is set in kV phase-to-phase voltage. This means operation for phase-to-earth voltage under:1MRK 502 034-UEN - Section 8Voltage protection219Technical Manual
