Replace thebuffer motor (M18). Replacethe magnet roller drive clutch (CL1).0002 The absence of toner in the buffer is detected for 60 sec even after toner supplyoperation for the buffer has been executed and when there is toner inside thehopper.Disconnect and connect the connector (J504, J511) of the DCcontroller PCB. Replacethe buffer motor (M18). Replace the following: magentaroller drive clutch (CL1), tonertransport motor (sub hopper; M22), toner transport clutch(sub hopper; CL23), bufferinside toner sensor (TS1), buffer inside toner lower limitsensor (TS2).0003 The absence of toner inside the buffer is detected for 210 sec or more evenwhen there istoner inside the sub hopper and after toner supply operation of that bufferfollowing thereplacement of the toner bottle.0004 The absence of toner inside he buffer is detected for 150 sec or more evenwhen there istoner inside the buffer and after toner supply operation has been executed forthe bufferfollowing the replacement of the toner bottle.0005 When installation mode (COPIER>FUNCTION>INSTALL>TONER-S) isexecuted, thedeveloping assembly inside toner sensor does not detect the presence of toner.Disconnect and then connect the connector (J504) of the DCcontroller PCB. Replacethe developing assembly inside toner sensor (TS3).0006 When installation mode (COPIER>FUNCTION>INSTALL>TONER-S) isexecuted, thedeveloping assembly inside toner sensor detects the presence of toner, but itdoes notdetect the presence for 600 sec or more thereafter.0007 When installing mode (COVER>FUNCTION>INSTALL>TONER-S) isexecuted, thebuffer inside toner sensor does not detect the presence of toner for 60 sec ormore.Disconnect and connect the connector (J504, J511) of the DCcontroller PCB. Replacethetonertransport motor (sub hopper; M22), toner transport clutch(sub hopper; CL23), bufferinside toner sensor (TS1).0008 When the toner feed motor (sub hopper) is driven, a fault is detected for 3 secor morefor the motor.Disconnect and connect the connector (J511) of the DCcontroller PCB. Replace thetoner feed motor (sub hopper; M22).0009 There is a fault in the rotation of the buffer motor. Disconnect and then connect the connector (J504) of the DCcontroller PCB. Replacethe buffer motor (M18).0010 The power has been turned off and then on without resetting the error.
