The following sections provide information aboutthe call home tools.IBM Electronic Service AgentThis information describes the IBM Electronic Service Agent feature to collect data.IBM Electronic Service Agent monitors, tracks, and captures system hardwareerrors and hardware and software inventory information, and reports serviceableproblems directly to IBM Support. You can also choose to collect data manually. Ituses minimal system resources, and can be downloaded from the IBM website. The following sections provide information about how to use this IMMfeature to generate and download the FFDC log data file.
