Appendix A. Boot code display error codesThis section provides information about the error codes that might display in theboot code display area of the server light path diagnostics panel.The boot code display area of the light path diagnostics panel provides an errorcode that indicates the point at which the system stopped during the boot blockand POST. A boot code is either a byte or a word value that is produced by UEFI.This display will provide error codes in the event of a microprocessor error or apower fault. In addition to the IMM log, the codes can provide suggestedcomponents to be replaced.The following is an illustration show the boot code display area on the light pathdiagnostics panel:Light Path DiagnosticsThe following table lists the error codes that might display in the boot codedisplay area that is associated with the integrated voltage regulator power faults ormicroprocessor failure events.
