Printing4-10Removing Printed PagesThis section describes the best methods for removing single sheets or continuousforms paper after printing.Removing Single SheetsWhen you print using software, the printer automatically ejects each sheet of paperwhen the end of the printed page is reached. To eject sheets manually:z Press the FF/Load button to execute a form feed.Removing Continuous FormsTo avoid wasting paper when removing printed continuous forms paper, use theprinter's tear-off function.Depending on the TEAR option value of the Set-Up, the printer automatically feedsthe paper so that the perforation faces the tear bar. Tear the paper off. The paper willautomatically return to the Top-of-Form position when the printer receives data toprint.If you have set the TEAR option to MANUAL, you have to press the Pause buttonto move the paper to the tear bar, and then to return the paper to the Top-of-Form po-sition.NOTE: See the section “Tearing Off Continuous Forms” in Chapter 3, “PaperHan-dling”.
