4.1 Basic Copying Procedures62Basic Copy Procedure4.1.4 Checking Job StatusOn the Job Status screen, you can check job status like whether the documents are being scannedfor copying or a print job is being carried out.You can also pause or cancel jobs that are displayed on the list.● Where there are no ongoing jobs, the Job Status screen will not be displayed even if you select the Job Status button.■ Pausing/resuming ongoing operationsTo pause and resume ongoing operations.Procedure1 During a copying job,press the Job Statusbutton.You can check the job status onthe Job Status screen displayed.2 Select the job that you want to pause and then select Pause.Copying or scanning of documents for copying will be paused.Once the job is paused, the message, “Stop/User Action” will be displayedunder Job Status.3 To resume paused jobs, select the job or jobs to be resumed(ones whose Job Status is Stop/User Action) and press Start.Copy or scan operation is resumed from the point where the jobs’ statuschanged to Stop/User Action.●● When you want to verify settings,select the job to be checked andpress the Check Settings button. Fordetails, refer to “4.1.2 CheckingSettings”.● If multiple files stored in the folderare selected and to be reprinted,only one file is displayed.● You cannot assign the files stored inthe folder as the next job while youare copying the current job, or youcannot reserve the next job whilereprinting the files stored in thefolder.● If Auto Print feature is enabled forthe files stored in the folder, only theone file that is currently beingprinted is displayed. You can checkwhich files are set to be printedthrough the shared folder. Refer to“6.2 Setting Folder” for the sharedfolder.
