4.3 Wiring the Power Supply to the SERVOPACK4.3.1 Terminal Symbols and Terminal Names4-114 Wiring and Connecting SERVOPACKs4.3 Wiring the Power Supply to the SERVOPACKRefer to the catalog for information on cables and peripheral devices.4.3.1 Terminal Symbols and Terminal NamesUse the main circuit connector on the SERVOPACK to wire the main circuit power supply andcontrol circuit power supply to the SERVOPACK.The SERVOPACKs have the following two types of main circuit power supply input specifica-tions.• Three-Phase, 400-VAC Power Supply Input*1. Use an SELV-compliant power supply according to EN/IEC 60950-1 to input 24 VDC to the control power sup-ply input terminals.*2. With the SGD7S-210D, -260D, -280D, or -370D, connect a Regenerative Resistor Unit between B1 and B2.*3. The SGD7S-210D, -260D, -280D, and -370D do not have the D1, D2, and D3 terminals.*4. Make sure you check the brake specifications of the Servomotor for the 24-VDC power supply input to the Ser-vomotor brake power supply terminals.*5. SERVOPACKs without built-in Servomotor brake control do not have these terminals.CAUTION Wire all connections correctly according to the following table and specified reference infor-mation. There is a risk of SERVOPACK failure or fire if incorrect wiring is performed.TerminalSymbols Terminal Name Specifications and ReferenceL1, L2, L3Main circuit power supplyinput terminals for ACpower supply inputThree-phase, 380 VAC to 480 VAC, -15% to +10%, 50 Hz/60Hz24 V Control power supply termi-nals*124 VDC, -15% to +15%0 V 0 VDCB1, B2, B3*2 Regenerative Resistor termi-nal4.3.5 Wiring Regenerative Resistors on page 4-18If the internal regenerative resistor is insufficient, remove thelead or short bar between B2 and B3 and connect an Exter-nal Regenerative Resistor between B1 and B2.The External Regenerative Resistor is not included.
