Adjust:• Throttle body synchronization▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼a. Start the engine, warm it up for severalminutes, and then let it run at the specifiedengine idling speed.b. There is a white paint mark on one of thethrottle body’s bypass air screw “1”.Use the throttle body as the base to syn-chronize the other throttle bodies by turningtheir bypass air screw in or out.ECA14B1039Do not turns the bypass air screw at thethrottle body which is the base for synchro-nizing; otherwise, the engine may runroughly at idle and the throttle bodies maynot operate properly.TIP• After each step, rev the engine two or threetimes, each time for less than a second, andcheck the synchronization again.• If a bypass air screw was removed, turn inthe screw fully and be sure to synchronizethe throttle bodies.• If the throttle body synchronization can notadjusted by the bypass air screw, clean orreplace the throttle bodies.• The difference in vacuum pressure betweenthe throttle bodies should not exceed 1.33kPa (10 mmHg).▲▲▲▲▲▲▲▲▲▲▲▲▲▲▲▲▲▲▲▲▲▲▲▲▲▲▲▲▲▲2.
