Install:• Cylinder gasket• Dowel pin• Cylinder assembly• Connecting rod caps• Connecting rod boltsTIP• Make sure the “Y” marks “a” on the connect-ing rods face towards the left side of thecrankshaft.• Make sure that the projection “b” on the con-necting rod cap faces the same direction asthe “Y” mark “a” on the connecting rod.• Apply Molybdenum disulfide oil to the boltthreads and bearing surface of the connect-ing rod bolt and connecting rod cap.11. Tighten:• Connecting rod bolts “1”▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼TIPTighten the connecting rod bolts using the fol-lowing procedure.a. Tighten the connecting rod bolts with atorque wrench.b. Put a mark “1” on the corner of the con-necting rod bolt “2” and the connecting rodcap “3”.c.
