12.7.3 Signals12.7.3.1 Input signalsThe Event list logs the same binary input signals as configured for the Disturbancereport function.12.7.4 Operation principleWhen a binary signal, connected to the disturbance report function, changes status, theevent list function stores input name, status and time in the event list in chronologicalorder. The list can contain up to 1000 events from both internal logic signals andbinary input channels. If the list is full, the oldest event is overwritten when a newevent arrives. The list can be configured to show oldest or newest events first with a setting on thelocal HMI.The event list function runs continuously, in contrast to the event recorder function, which is only active during a disturbance. The name of the binary signal that appears in the event recording is the user-definedname assigned when the IED is configured. The same name is used in the disturbancerecorder function , indications and the event recorder function .The event list is stored and managed separate from the disturbance report information .12.7.5 Technical dataTable 393:DRPRDRE technical dataFunction ValueBuffer capacity Maximum number of events in the list 1000Resolution 1 msAccuracy Depending on timesynchronizing12.8 Trip value recorder12.8.1 FunctionalityInformation about the pre-fault and fault values for currents and voltages are vital forthe disturbance evaluation.1MRK 511 287-UEN A Section 12Monitoring459Technical manual
