The BLOCKED signal is a steady signal and is set when the counter is blocked. Thereare two reasons why the counter is blocked:• The BLOCK input is set, or• The binary input module, where the counter input is situated, is inoperative. The NEW_VAL signal is a pulse signal. The signal is set if the counter value wasupdated since last report.Note, the pulse is short, one cycle. The SCAL_VAL signal consists of scaled value (according to parameter Scale), timeand status information.13.1.8 Technical dataTable 452:PCGGIO technical dataFunction Setting range AccuracyCycle time for report of countervalue(1–3600) s -13.2 Energy calculation and demand handling ETPMMTR13.2.1 IdentificationFunction description IEC 61850identificationIEC 60617identificationANSI/IEEE C37.2device numberEnergy calculation and demandhandlingETPMMTRWhIEC10000169 V1 EN-13.2.2 FunctionalityOutputs from the Measurements (CVMMXN) function can be used to calculateenergy consumption. Active as well as reactive values are calculated in import andexport direction. Values can be read or generated as pulses. Maximum demand powervalues are also calculated by the function.Section 13 1MRK 511 287-UEN AMetering518Technical manual
