Other MessagesThere are three messages that may appear on theDIC. They are SERVICE RADAR CRUISE,RADAR CRUISE NOT READY and CLEANRADAR. These messages will appear to indicatea problem with the Adaptive Cruise Control.See DIC Warnings and Messages on page 264for more information.Cleaning the SystemThe radar can become blocked by snow, ice ordirt. If so, you may need to turn off the engine andclean the lens. Remember, do not use AdaptiveCruise Control in icy conditions, or when visibility islow, such as in fog, rain or snow.The emblem/lens is located in the center ofthe grille.To clean the emblem/lens, wipe the surface with asoft cloth. After cleaning the emblem/lens,engage the Adaptive Cruise Control. If you areunable to do so, see your dealer.HeadlampsThe exterior lamp control is located in the middleof the turn signal/multifunction lever.O(Exterior Lamp Control): Turn the controlwith this symbol on it to operate the exterior lamps.The exterior lamp control has four positions:O(On/Off): Turn the control to this position toturn off all lamps and automatic lighting featuresincluding Daytime Running Lamps (DRL) andIntelliBeam™.211
