Start the engine.The engine must be runningto avoid draining thebattery while running the aircompressor using batterypower.CAUTIONIdling the engine inside anenclosed area such as a garagemay allow dangerous exhaustfumes into your vehicle.Engine exhaust can kill. Itcontains carbon monoxide(CO) gas, which you can't seeor smell. It can cause uncon-sciousness and death.Never run the engine in anenclosed area that does nothave fresh air ventilation.12. Turn the selector switch clock-wise to the air only position.13. Press the on/off button to turnthe system on.The compressor will inflate thetire with air only.14.
