When a coil is cut thereleased tension creates a spatter ofsparks and flames.The working area must be free of flam-mable materials. Position the balancingdevice so that the spatter will be directedaway from personnel.1Clamp the device at the working location.Place the device at ground level so thatthe hole and spring coils are cut from asafe distance and somewhat from above.2DANGERThe hole must be cut as specified in thefigure.
