PERIODIC MAINTENANCE3-35EAS21790REPLACING THE HEADLIGHT BULBSThe following procedure applies to both of theheadlight bulbs.1. Remove:• Headlight bulb cover “1”2. Disconnect:• Headlight coupler “1”3. Remove:• Headlight bulb holder “1”• Headlight bulb “2”WARNINGEWA13320Since the headlight bulb gets extremelyhot, keep flammable products and yourhands away from the bulb until it hascooled down.4. Install:• Headlight bulbSecure the new headlight bulb with theheadlight bulb holder.ECA13690Avoid touching the glass part of the head-light bulb to keep it free from oil, otherwisethe transparency of the glass, the life of thebulb and the luminous flux will beadversely affected. If the headlight bulbgets soiled, thoroughly clean it with a clothmoistened with alcohol or lacquer thinner.5. Install:• Headlight bulb holder6. Connect:• Headlight coupler7.
