Coolant reservoir hose8. Throttle cable9. Right handlebar switch lead10.Clutch cable11.Main harness12.Rectifier/regulator13.Rectifier/regulator bracket14.Oil cooler outlet hoseA. Place the hazard switch lead couplerabove the main harness. Make sure thatthe claw of the coupler is not in contactwith any parts around the coupler.B. To the headlight sub-wire harnessC. To the headlightD. Order insignificant-the right auxiliary lightlead and front turn signal light coupler.E. To the turn signalF. Order insignificant-right radiator fan motorlead and right handlebar switch lead. Makesure the right radiator fan motor lead cou-pler and two right handlebar switch leadcouplers do not overlap in the horizontaldirection.G. Out of the two slits at the root of the recti-fier/regulator bracket rib, clamp at the backof the slit.H. Clamp the clutch cable and oil cooler outlethose at the protector rivet ring of the clutchcable.I. Order insignificant-the right radiator fanmotor lead and right handlebar switch lead.J. Fasten the right radiator fan motor lead,right handlebar switch lead, main harnessand AC magneto lead under the rectifier/regulator bracket rib and face the end ofthe clamp down.K. Order insignificant-hazard switch lead,right radiator fan motor lead, right handle-bar switch lead and AC magneto lead.Either on top of or bottom of the rectifier/regulator bracket rib.L. Fasten the hazard switch lead, right radia-tor fan motor lead, right handlebar switchlead and AC magneto lead to the rectifier/regulator bracket. Face the end of theclamp to the bottom of the vehicle.M. Outside of the vehicle.N. Outermost part of the clutch cable shouldbe outward than outermost part of the oilcooler outlet hose.O. Face the end of the clamp to inside.P. Inside of the vehicle.Q. Fasten the clutch cable in front of the oilcooler outlet hose.
