Remove:• Generator rotor “1”(with the rotor puller “2” and sheaveholder “3”)4. Remove:• Stator coil lead holder “1”• Stator coil assembly “2”EAS24500INSTALLING THE GENERATOR1. Install:• Stator coil assembly• Stator coil lead holder2. Install:• Generator rotor• Washer• Generator rotor boltTIP• Clean the tapered portion of the crankshaftand the generator rotor hub.• Lubricate the generator rotor bolt threadsand washer mating surfaces with engine oil.3.
