Copy theMULTIFLEXGRIPPERUI folder from the FlexGripperUI FlexPendant GUI installation CDto C:\Program Files\ABB Industrial IT\Robotics IT\Mediapool on your laptop (If the path tomediapool folder is not as above, find the mediapool folder on your PC).2.Create a robot controller system for FlexGripperUI with RobotStudio.• On the Online ribbon-tab of RobotStudio, click System Builder to bring up a dialogbox.• In the Actions group click Create New... to start the wizard.• Follow the instructions on the wizard to enter a name and path of the system, then entera controller key and a drive key for the system.• In the Add Additional Options page, browse and select the FlexGripperUI option keyfrom C:\Program Files\ABB Industrial IT\RoboticsIT\Mediapool\MULTIFLEXGRIPPERUI\Internal_Use_Key. Then click the arrow toadd the FlexGripperUI option key to the Added options list. Click Next to go to thenext page.• In the Modify Options page, make sure the following options are selected: aDeviceNet option (according to your hardware configuration), 616-1 PC Interface,617-1 FlexPendant Interface and MULTIFLEXGRIPPERUI.• Click Finish. The controller system is created.
