5 Get Filefrom DrivebuttonIf a .cam file exists for the selected profile, thisfunction transferss it from the servo drive andshows a Save File window to select the locationto save the file to.6 Open inCAM EditorbuttonIf a .cam file exists for the selected profile, thisfunction transfers it from the servo drive to atemporary location and opens it with the CAMEditor.7 SendConfigu-rationbuttonSends the configuration (Execution, MasterPosition, and Slave Position) to the servo drive.8 SlavePositionconfigu-rationContains 2 radio buttons that specify if theselected profile should be executed with slaveabsolute or slave relative position. When thesub-tool is opened, the option is read from theservo drive and the radio buttons are selectedaccordingly.9 MasterPositionconfigu-rationContains 2 radio buttons that specify if theselected profile should be executed withmaster absolute or master relative position. When the sub-tool is opened, the option isread from the servo drive and the radiobuttons are selected accordingly.10 CAM ParsingInfoVisualizes the download info and parsing infofor the selected profile index:• After a download procedure, shows itsresult.• After a parse procedure on the servo drive, shows text corresponding to the parsingstate status code on the servo drive.• When clicking on the Refresh button, theISD Toolbox reads the parsing state statuscode from the servo drive and updates thetext.• When reading the CAM profile from theservo drive and saving it as a .cam file, shows the location of the saved file.11 ExecutionareaContains 2 radio buttons that specify if theselected profile should be executed in cyclic ornon-cyclic mode.12 Loading info Text field showing the loading state for theselected profile.Illustration 5.84 CAM Profile Management5.7.9 Touch Probe (Servo Drive only)The Touch Probe sub-tool configures the settings of thetouch probe functionality of the servo drive. There are 2touch probe channels available that can be used inparallel. See chapter 2.5.2 ISD Touch Probe for moreinformation on the touch probe functionality.Illustration 5.85 Touch Probe Sub-tool5.7.10 SAB Control (SAB only)The SAB Control sub-tool visualizes and controls the SABstate machine and therefore can be used to enable ordisable the UDC and UAUX voltage on the lines, and toreset an error. The sub-tool can only be used in cyclicmode (direct communication) as it sends the commands tothe SAB in the form of process data objects (PDO).The SAB Control consists of the 6 SAB states; every state isassigned a distinct color and has a list of navigablesuccessor states and a list of automatic transitions that canonly be triggered by the SAB firmware itself. The SABstates, along with their respective colors, are described inchapter 5.5.2 Device Environment Window.Illustration 5.86 depicts the SAB Control sub-tool containingthe defined SAB states. The active state is highlighted withits defined state color. The directly navigable successors ofthe active state are accessible (enabled) but the others arenot accessible (disabled).Operation with ISD Toolbox VLT® Integrated Servo Drive ISD® 510 System158 Danfoss A/S © 01/2017 All rights reserved.
