The log could containthe following information for each call:sequence number in the Call Log, nameand number of caller, long distanceindication, indication if the call wasanswered, time and date of the call,number of repeated calls from the samesource, and name of the line that the callcame in on. See Autobumping, Autologoptions, and Call Log for furtherinformation.Call Park: ≤‡›With this feature you can place a call onhold so that someone can retrieve itfrom any other telephone in the Norstarsystem by selecting an internal line andentering a retrieval code.The retrieval code appears on thedisplay of your telephone when youpark the call. You can park up to 25 callson the system at one time.Call Park Callback: See Callback.Call Park prefix: The first digit of theretrieval code of a parked call. This digitcannot conflict with the first digit of anyexisting DNs, Line Pool access codes,the Direct-dial digit, or the external lineaccess code. The default Call Parkprefix digit is 1. It may be set to none, inwhich case Call Park is disabled. CallPark prefix is assigned under Accesscodes in Sys prgrmmng.Call Pickup Directed: ≤‡flA feature that allows you to answer acall ringing at any system telephone byentering the internal number of thattelephone before taking the call. CallPickup Directed is enabled underFeature settings in Sys prgrmmng.Call Pickup Group: See PickupGroup.Call Queuing: ≤°‚⁄If you have several calls waiting at yourtelephone, you can invoke the CallQueuing feature to answer them in orderof priority. Priority is given to incomingcalls, followed by callback and campedcalls.Callback: If you park, camp,or transfer a call to another telephoneand it is not answered there, it will ringagain at your telephone. How long thesystem will wait before Callback occursis set under Feature settings in Sysprgrmmng.Camp-on: ≤°¤A feature that allows you to reroute acall to a telephone even if all the lines onthat telephone are busy. To answer acamped call, use Call Queuing or selecta line if the camped call appears on yourtelephone. Priority is given to queuedcalls.Camp timeout: The length of a delaybefore a camped call is returned to thetelephone that camped the call. Thelength of delay is set under Featuresettings in Sys prgrmmng.Central answering position(CAP): A 7316E+KIM that providesadditional memory buttons. Anenhanced CAP (eCAP) is a7316E+eKIM that has been designatedas an eCAP under CAP/KIM assign inSys prgrmmng. The eCAP providesbackup answering by supporting lineappearances and multiple appearancesof target lines as well as hunt groupdesignators.
