Refitting the protection hoseUse these procedures to refit the protection hoseStep 1 - Cable and hose retainerNoteActionDANGERTurn off all:• electric power supply• hydraulic pressure supply• air pressure supplyto the robot, before entering the safe-guarded space.1Protection hose: 3HAC042557-001Cut the new protection hose to the lengthrequired.NotePlace the cut on top of a ridge. See A in thefigure!2Axx0300000061Cable grease: 3HAC14807-1 (OptitempRB2)Put some cable grease on cables andhoses on the area where they run throughthe protection hose.3Best performed in this order:1 Cables with the biggest connectors2 Hoses3 Cables with the smallest connectors.Push the cables and hoses into the protec-tion hose.4Make sure that cables and hoses are nottwisted.5Cable retainer: 3HAC050460-002Fit the cable retainer.CAUTIONNo lubrication is allowed in the cable retain-er.
