If the setting is positive, the calculation of energy startsafter the auxiliary contact has opened and the delay equal to the value of theContTrCorr setting has passed. When the setting is negative, the calculation starts inadvance by the correction time in relation to when the auxiliary contact opened.Accumulated energy can also be calculated by using the change of state of the tripoutput. TRIND is used to get the instance of the trip output and the time delay betweenthe trip initiation and the opening of the main contact is introduced by the settingOperTimeDelay. The accumulated energy output IPOWPH is provided as a service value. The value canbe reset by enabling RSTIPOW through LHMI or by activating the input RSTIPOW.Alarm limit checkThe IPOWALPH alarm is activated when the accumulated energy exceeds the setvalue AlmAccCurrPwr.IPOWLOPH is activated when the accumulated energy exceeds the limit of theLOAccCurrPwr setting. The IPOWALPH and IPOWLOPH outputs can be blocked by activating the binaryinput BLOCK.16.4.7.5 Circuit breaker operation cyclesThe circuit breaker operation cycles subfunction counts the number of closing-opening sequences of the breaker. The operation counter value is updated after eachclosing-opening sequence. The operation is described in figure433.Section 16 1MRK502052-UEN BMonitoring906Technical manual
