Administrators can add and remove users to andfrom any of the groups. Users can remove themselves from Call Pickupgroup 0, but not from any other Call Pickup groups.Calls to a user who is a member of default Call Pickup Group 0 (extension500) can be picked up from any telephone. Users can add or remove theirown telephone extensions from the group to allow or prevent othersfrom picking up their calls. Route points aretypically used by call center applications to redirect calls. A redirected callis one that is sent from its original destination (the route point) withoutbeing answered, to a new location specified in the external application.
