Regional Software 347Restoring Backed-UpLicensesYou can restore all licenses from a previously created backup file.1 In the Operations > Licenses or the Operations > Manage Data tab dialogbox, click Restore Licenses, and browse to the location in which yousaved the licenses backup file. Alternatively, type full path to the licensebackup file in the Enter path to restore license(s) on this system: text box.2 Click Restore.3 Respond to the confirmation prompt message that appears.Obtaining Details ofLicense HistoryYou can view a detailed history, including the date and time on whicheach license was added to the NBX system.To view the license detail report:1 In the Operations > Licenses dialog box, click Details.Regional Software Regional software includes voice prompts, tones and cadences, and userdocumentation. A region is a country and language pair, for example,“China - Mandarin” or “France - French.”To add or remove regional software:1 Click Operations > Regional Software. See the Help for procedures onmanaging your regional software.2 See the notes in the next sections for important information aboutmanaging regional software.Install You can install regional software including local language voice prompts,regional tones and cadences, and local language versions of certain userdocumentation for your region.After you install regional software, you must designate it to be thecurrent system regional software by selecting System Configuration >Regional Settings.Remove You can remove regional software at any time. All versions of the regionalsoftware that you select are removed. For example, if you choose toremove the “Mexico - Spanish” regional pack, all versions of the selectedregional software are removed from the system.
