22-41 Minimum Sleep TimeRange: Function:30 s* [0 - 600 s] Set the minimum time for staying in sleepmode. This setting overrides any wake-upconditions.22-42 Wake-up Speed [RPM]Range: Function:Sizerelated*[ 0 -par.4-13RPM]To be used if parameter 0-02 Motor SpeedUnit has been set for [0] RPM (parameternot visible if [1] Hz is selected). Only to beused if parameter 1-00 Configuration Mode isset for [0] Open loop and an externalcontroller applies speed reference.Set the reference speed at which the sleepmode should be canceled.22-43 Wake-up Speed [Hz]Range: Function:Sizerelated*[ 0 -par.4-14Hz]To be used if parameter 0-02 Motor SpeedUnit has been set for [1] Hz (parameter notvisible if [0] RPM is selected). Only to be usedif parameter 1-00 Configuration Mode is setfor [0] Open Loop and speed reference isapplied by an external controller controllingthe pressure.Set the reference speed at which the sleepmode should be canceled.22-44 Wake-up Ref./FB DifferenceRange: Function:10%*[0 -100 %]Only to be used if parameter 1-00 ConfigurationMode is set to [3] Closed Loop and the integratedPI controller is used for controlling the pressure.Set the pressure drop allowed in percentage ofsetpoint for the pressure (Pset) before cancelingthe sleep mode.NOTICEIf used in applications where the integratedPI controller is set for inverse control inparameter 20-71 Controller Performance, thevalue set in parameter 22-44 Wake-upRef./FB Difference is automatically added.22-45 Setpoint BoostRange: Function:0 %*[-100-100 %]Only to be used if parameter 1-00 ConfigurationMode is set to [3] Closed Loop and the integratedPI controller is used. In systems with, for example, constant pressure control, it is advantageous toincrease the system pressure before the motor isstopped. This extends the time in which the motoris stopped and helps to avoid frequent start/stop.22-45 Setpoint BoostRange: Function:Set the overpressure/overtemperature inpercentage of setpoint for the pressure (Pset)/temperature before entering sleep mode.If set to 5%, the boost pressure is Psetx1.05. Thenegative values can be used, for example, incooling tower control where a negative change isneeded.22-46 Maximum Boost TimeRange: Function:60s*[0 -600 s]Only to be used if parameter 1-00 ConfigurationMode is set to [3] Closed Loop and the integratedPI controller is used for controlling the pressure.Set the maximum time for which boost mode isallowed. If the set time is exceeded, sleep mode isentered, not waiting for the set boost pressure tobe reached.3.19.5 22-5* End of CurveThe end-of-curve conditions occur when a pump isyielding a too large volume to ensure the set pressure. Thiscan occur if there is a leakage in the distribution pipesystem. The frequency converter initiates the function selected inparameter 22-50 End of Curve Function in the followingconditions:• The frequency converter is running at maximumspeed (parameter 4-13 Motor Speed High Limit[RPM] or parameter 4-14 Motor Speed High Limit[Hz]).• The feedback signal is less than the pressuresetpoint by a value that is equal to or exceeds2.5% of the value in parameter 3-03 MaximumReference.• The conditions are active for a time set inparameter 22-51 End of Curve Delay. It is possible to obtain a signal on 1 of the digital outputsby selecting [192] End of Curve in parameter group 5-3*Digital Outputs and/or parameter group 5-4* Relays. Thesignal is present when an end-of-curve condition occursand the selection in parameter 22-50 End of Curve Functionis different from [0] Off. The end-of-curve function can onlybe used when operating with the built-in PID controller([3] Closed Loop in parameter 1-00 Configuration Mode).Parameter Description Programming GuideMG20OB02 Danfoss A/S © 05/2018 All rights reserved. 1853 3
