Remove the protection sheet from the LCD, and then check to see if the touch panel responds normally.2. Visually check if there is foreign matter between the LCD and the control panel cover; if any, remove it.3. In addition to this, the repeated power-OFF/ON operation triggered E315-000E, ultimately letting this machine display E611-0001.Field Remedy1. When E611-0001 appears, first perform MN-CON Clear.- Service Mode > COPIER > Function > CLEAR > MN-CON.2.
